Our FD&C Blue 1 Aluminum Lake has a concentration of 38%. It just doesn’t get much bluer than this.
This lake is safe for bath bombs, eyes, and lips. Lakes do not need to be bloomed like dyes. Lakes are not recommended for CP soap but may be added to liquid soap. To prevent speckling, add lakes to a small amount of glycerin first.

Strong color!
Don’t be fooled by other lakes. These are amazing! The saturation rate of these colorants are off the charts ah-mazing! The dye load is fantastic and makes beautiful blue waters in the tub, without the residue of micas. If you are a bath bomb maker, do yourself a favor and grab some of these lakes. You won’t regret it!
