Below you will find the warranty information and return policy for the Electra-Press™
LIMITED WARRANTY
During the warranty period, any product found to be defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance will be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished parts at no charge.
This limited warranty applies to physical goods and only physical goods.
The warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Using other manufacturers’ molds with the Electra-Press™ will void the warranty.

RETURN POLICY
While we are confident you will love your Electra-Press™ as much as we do if you are not 100% satisfied you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. Muddy Soap Co will refund the purchase price minus a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with returning the product to us.
Returned products MUST be in the condition you received them and MUST BE packed in the original box and/or packaging. Any broken or missing pieces will be deducted from any refund.
To authorize a return, please contact susie@muddysoapco.com. An RMA # is required. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. The RMA # is good for 7 days. Make sure there is identifying information inside the box and write the RMA# on the outside. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt.
Due to the nature of all other products we sell, all sales are final.
DISCLAIMER: We sell ingredients with the understanding that you will do your own research and know how to use the ingredients that you purchase. We cannot be held liable for the misuse of ingredients that we supply. We do our best to supply you with current IFRA statements, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, shelf life, and suggested percent of use. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary information to use said products. Since we have no control as to the use or misuse of the products we sell, we assume no responsibility or liability for loss or damage incurred from the proper or improper use of our products. Safe handling and usage, storage, and disposal remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Policy
