Our D&C Red 27 Lake has a concentration of 20%.
This lake is safe for bath bombs and lips. Lakes do not need to be bloomed like dyes. Lakes are not recommended for CP soap but may be added to liquid soap. To prevent speckling, add lakes to a small amount of glycerin first.
We recommend you add Poly 80 to prevent staining. MuddySoapCo offers a natural alternative to Poly 80 in PolySugaMulse D9.
