ColaQuat SME Odor Neutralizer is a water-soluble odor-neutralizing ingredient designed for personal care, household, laundry and deodorizing formulations. Unlike products that simply mask unwanted odors with fragrance, ColaQuat SME helps reduce malodor by interacting with volatile odor-causing molecules.

Easy to incorporate into water-based formulations, ColaQuat SME Odor Neutralizer does not require an additional solubilizer. It can be used with fragrance or in fragrance-free formulations, making it a versatile choice for deodorants, fabric sprays, laundry products, room deodorizers, and other odor-control applications.

Formulating with ColaQuat SME

ColaQuat SME is water-soluble and can be incorporated into water-based formulations without an additional solubilizer.

Because it is a cationic surfactant, compatibility with other ingredients in your formulation should be evaluated—particularly when using anionic surfactants.

It may be used with fragrance or as a stand-alone odor-control ingredient in fragrance-free formulations.

Storage

Store in a tightly sealed container at temperatures not exceeding 120°F (49°C).
