Cream of Tartar

Description

Cream of Tartar is a fine white powder commonly used by bath and body makers as a formulation ingredient in bath bombs, bubble frosting, bubble bars, and other bath products. It can help contribute to texture, structure, and consistency in dry and semi-solid formulations.

Cream of Tartar works especially well in decorative bath projects where a smooth, workable mixture is needed. In our Bubble Frosting Formula, it is combined with baking soda and Coco Betaine to create a pipeable frosting for decorating bath bombs and other bath projects.

INCI: Potassium Bitartrate

Common Uses: Bubble frosting, bubble bars, bath bombs, and other bath formulations

Appearance: Fine white crystalline powder

 Soluble in hot water; less soluble in cold water

 Keep tightly closed and store in a cool, dry location away from moisture.
