INCI: Magnesium Hydroxide
Magnesium Hydroxide is used as an additive in formulations and acts as an absorbent or as a pH adjuster. It is soluble in oil and slightly soluble in water. Magnesium Hydroxide Powder is recommended for use in bath products, shampoos, shaving products, skincare, and other general care items including deodorants.
The typical usage rate id .2-1.5% as a pH adjuster.
When used as an absorbent it can be used up to 30%
